We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you aren't, just let us know. Chill Waze accepts returns within 15 days of when you received the item in order to receive a refund of the product price. Items returned must be in UNUSED condition and in the original, unopened packaging. We do not accept used product returns under any circumstances.
In order to process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please forward us your order confirmation email along with the following information to email@example.com in order to request a refund:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you return instructions along with a return shipping address. Orders that are approved for a refund will receive a product refund, but not a shipping refund. Items returned due to customer preference and not Chill Waze Error (i.e. wrong item sent, broken item, defective items, etc.) will be charged a 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any items that appear to have been used.
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your refund and an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to reappear in your account. Credit card refunds can only go to the card used at the time of purchase.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Chill Waze. If the need for your return/exchange was in our error, we will gladly cover the shipping cost for both ways. When returning your item(s), we suggest you ship via USPS (First Class or Priority) and get tracking information for your security. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance incase the item gets lost. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
BROKEN ITEMS & EXCHANGES
Stuff happens. If you receive a defective or damaged item, we ask that you let us know immediately! Please send a picture of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving the item so we can process an exchange. Please include as much information as you can give us, including your order number and contact information. Chill Waze will replace the broken item with a functional unit at no additional cost. Depending on the item, we may request that you send the defective product back to us prior to replacing the item (we'll provide the prepaid label). Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed but we will do our best to make it right!
We take your concerns for privacy very seriously. This is why we offer discreet shipping on all of our packages. When you shop at Chill Waze, your order will be shipped to you in an unmarked box (either a USPS Priority Mail box or a plain brown box). Nothing on the box will suggest its contents. The return address on each shipping label will read “CWS”, instead of Chill Waze, to further protect your privacy.
Please be aware that an adult signature may be required upon delivery. You must be 21+ to make a purchase from Chill Waze. Order from minors will be flagged and cancelled.
Once you have placed your order, please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before it ships out. We will do our best to process and ship same business day to ensure you receive your purchase as soon as possible. Please note that orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
We ship everywhere in the United States but we do not offer international shipping at this time.
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately by emailing us at email@example.com. Unfortunately, once your package is shipped, we cannot make any changes to it.
We ship via USPS Priority Mail which provides secure and easy tracking. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once there is proof of delivery. Once the carriers have hold of the package, Chill Waze cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
